What age do you pierce?
We pierce all ages: babies (starting at 4 months old), children, and adults. For babies, we require that they are up to date with immunizations.
How long does it take to heal?
Healing typically takes 8-12 weeks for ear lobes. We’ll guide you through aftercare, and we’re always available if questions come up during healing.
What type of earrings do you use?
We use pre-sterilized, single-use, hand-pressured devices loaded with 14k gold earrings. Safe for sensitive ears and perfect for children.
Can siblings or friends be pierced together?
Yes! We’re happy to pierce siblings or besties during the same visit. Just let us know how many to expect when booking.
Do you pierce with a gun or a needle?
Neither! We use a gentle, hand-pressured device. No loud noises, no spring-loaded guns, and no needles. It’s quiet and kid-friendly.
Do you pierce more then ear lobes?
Nope- just ear lobes! Little Lobes is all about keeping things simple, safe and lobe-only.
Can I use my own earrings?
For safety and healing purposes, all piercings are done using our sterile, single-use 14k gold starter earrings designed specifically for new piercings. You may switch to your own earrings once healing is complete.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand things come up, especially with little ones, so we try to be flexible.
Do you use a numbing cream?
At Little Lobes, we don’t use numbing cream. Piercings are quick and usually feel like just a small pinch. Creams can cause warming, tingling, or puffiness that’s often more uncomfortable than the piercing itself. Parents may apply it beforehand if they choose, but most find it unnecessary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, Zelle, and tap-to-pay card.
